How does the delivery and setup work?
Once your lease request is confirmed, our technician team delivers the equipment to your home in Nairobi, sets it up, checks operations, and trains your family/caregiver on safe usage.
Is there a security deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit depending on the value of the equipment item is required before delivery. This is returned to you upon inspection when the item is returned.
What options do I have for payments?
We accept payments via M-Pesa (STK Push) or international credit/debit cards for diaspora sponsors. Invoices are generated and managed directly inside your At.home client dashboard.
